Golden, buttery and melt in your mouth delicious. Everything we look for in a good shortbread. It’s hard to believe 3 simple ingredients can yield such a satisfying treat… just don’t forget your cup of tea.


US Ingredient Metric
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 228 g
1/2 cup granulated sugar 100 g
1 cup unsalted butter 227 g


  1. Preheat over to 325°F (​170°C)
  2. In a large bowl cream together room temperature butter and sugar.
  3. Add flour and combine.
  4. Bake for approximately 25 mins or until light golden-brown.
