Quick and easy, the sweet milk chocolate and salty peanut butter satisfy.
Ingredients

2 cups | graham cracker crumbs | 170 g |
1 3/4 cups | confectioners (powdered) sugar | 220 g |
1 1/4 cups | smooth peanut butter, divided | 312 g |
3/4 cup | melted butter or margerine | 180 mL |
1 2/3 cups | milk chocolate chips (1 bag) | 270 g |
Directions
- In a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 cup (250 g) of peanut butter and melted butter or margarine. Mix until well blended.
- Place mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan and flatten evenly.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup (62 g) of peanut butter, scrapping sides and stirring constantly.
- Pour and evenly spread melted milk chocolate over base and allow to set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Store refrigerated.
