No-Bake Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Quick and easy, the sweet milk chocolate and salty peanut butter satisfy.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs 170 g
1 3/4 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar 220 g
1 1/4 cups smooth peanut butter, divided 312 g
3/4 cup melted butter or margerine 180 mL
1 2/3 cups milk chocolate chips (1 bag) 270 g


  1. ‚ÄčIn a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 cup (250 g) of peanut butter and melted butter or margarine. Mix until well blended.
  2. Place mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan and flatten evenly.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup (62 g) of peanut butter, scrapping sides and stirring constantly.
  4. Pour and evenly spread melted milk chocolate over base and allow to set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Store refrigerated.
