Quick and easy, the sweet milk chocolate and salty peanut butter satisfy.
|2 cups||graham cracker crumbs||170 g|
|1 3/4 cups||confectioners (powdered) sugar||220 g|
|1 1/4 cups||smooth peanut butter, divided||312 g|
|3/4 cup||melted butter or margerine||180 mL|
|1 2/3 cups||milk chocolate chips (1 bag)||270 g|
- In a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 cup (250 g) of peanut butter and melted butter or margarine. Mix until well blended.
- Place mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan and flatten evenly.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup (62 g) of peanut butter, scrapping sides and stirring constantly.
- Pour and evenly spread melted milk chocolate over base and allow to set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Store refrigerated.
