Easy Coconut Sherbet

Brimming with coconut flavor, this frozen dessert does not require cooking or use of an ice cream maker. Its fresh taste is great as a light dessert or a tasty treat on hot days.


US Ingredient Metric
16 oz heavy cream or whipping cream 500 mL
13.5 oz coconut milk (1 can) 400 mL
3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes 45 g
1/3 cup white sugar 65 g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 mL


  1. ​Poor chilled whipping cream/heavy cream into a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the coconut milk, flaked coconut, sugar and vanilla extract. Pulse to combine.
